Assistive collects the contact information of website owners as follows: first name, last name, and email address of the website owner.<\/p>\n<p>Assistive collects limited anonymous information as follows: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">operating system and version, browser and version, source IP of the request, <\/span>metrics on the number of times the web plugin or its individual features have been activated on a site. For sites that customize the widget color, language, size, position, icon type, etc. Assistive also stores these web plugin UI preferences via cookies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notice<\/strong>: Cookies are pieces of information stored on a user&#039;s device by the server of the website being visited. Security<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Assistive is committed to ensuring that all information collected remains secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, Assistive has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online. Assistive uses industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to transfer non-public personal information.<\/p>\n<p>Only Assistive&#039;s software and services are publicly accessible, no additional ports are opened in our system other than necessary, and any information stored in our databases is not publicly accessible and exists only on our internal network.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>6.
